The hotel has a unique feature of a cat café, where guests can enjoy spending time with cats. The private onsens are a big plus, and there are three of them. The staff makes sure to keep them clean and available for guests. Rooms are well-maintained and have all necessary amenities. Guests can enjoy the tea provided in the café along with some treats. The breakfast and dinner are lovely, and staff are very welcoming.
One issue could be the location, as it is a bit far from the town center, and a taxi ride may be necessary to get to restaurants or other attractions.

The cat cafe within the ryokan was adorable - attention to detail and care for the cats were evident. Friendly and welcoming owner/staff. Clean and nice private onsens - indoor and outdoor options. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Couldn't stay longer.

Spent Easter weekend at a unique hotel. The private onsen experience was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The cat cafe was a delightful surprise with cookie and tea, and for an extra fee, you could spend time with the cats. Best of all, the rooms were fresh and clean, with all the essentials provided.
The location was just outside the main town, but a taxi ride could get you there. , dinner wasn't included so you had to find a restaurant nearby.

During my Christmas stay at this ryokan, I loved the attention to detail and care given to the cats. The cat café was an adorable added touch. The private onsens were clean and relaxing, with indoor and outdoor options available. the staff was welcoming and approachable, making our stay comfortable.
The location was a bit far from the town center, and we had to take a taxi to get dinner. However, being away from the hustle and bustle was also a nice change of pace.

We loved everything about this hotel! The private onsens were spotless and had both indoor and outdoor options. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The cat cafe within the hotel was adorable and well-maintained, with six cats to play with while enjoying a cup of tea and some cookies. Finally, the hotel was in a great location, easy to access and close to transportation.
No issues.
